David and Maria with their son Parker enjoy a beautiful Autumn afternoon here in Eastern North Carolina by taking a hay ride on a local farm.  AT RIGHT  Parker reaches for his Daddy because he had just noticed that a ghostly presence was rising up behind the both of them. 

As a teenager growing up in Wilson, one of my FAVORITE singers was RONNIE DOVE.  I saw him on THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW, AMERICAN BANDSTAND and purchased many of his records.  Being lucky enough to stumble upon his website last year I wrote him a letter, ordered a CD and asked if he would autograph it.  I was SURPRISED when he telephoned me.  He has ties in this area and we must have talked an hour.  We became friends immediately and we have talked several times now!  Above is a recent photograph of MY FRIEND IN BALTIMORE. 

The model cars here, from my NASCAR collection, show the two drivers who are 7-Time NASCAR Cup Champions.  Many say Richard Petty is the greatest driver.  There are, too, many race fans that consider Dale Earnhardt the greatest driver of all time. 

I was 14 when The Beatles fell in from outer space and changed things.  Their songs were the soundtrack of my teen years.  When I hear a Beatles' song I am flushed with memories.  Nick
